Dr. Ayelet Lahat is a clinical psychologist specializing in services for children and adolescents. She received a Doctorate degree in Developmental Psychology in 2011 from the University of Toronto and a Doctorate degree in School and Clinical Child Psychology in 2022 from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education (OISE), University of Toronto.

She received clinical training in treatment and assessment of clients with various presentations at hospitals, community mental health, school boards, and private practice settings across the Greater Toronto Area.

Services provided include psychological assessment, consultation, and evidence-based therapy with children, adolescents, and their caregivers for a wide range of mental health concerns. Her approach to treatment is driven by curiosity and empathy, mainly using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). She uses interventions that are developed collaboratively with clients and focus on a therapeutic relationship that fosters mental wellness.
